It has the power to make your toes tap, lips smile and tears run down your face. I'm amazed at how quickly my mood can improve, even if it is just for a few minutes, when I hear one of my favorite upbeat tunes.
As Mother's Day approaches, we continue to show our appreciation for mom with ideas to help keep her going strong. Today I challenge you to employ the magical power of music in your life.
MAMA CHALLENGE - Bring it On, Baby
1. Make a list of the songs that simply make you feel good.
2. Select a few that have the magic to make your smile (or choose just one if it's a sure winner)
3. Put the song(s) in a format that lets it be close at hand when you need it most (on your phone, CD for the car, whatever works for you)

4. Turn up your tunes anytime you are feeling blue, sad, down in the dumps, or just stuck in a monotonous rut.
