24-Day Challenge: Kick Start Your New Year's Resolutions!

Have you heard of Advocare? Until recently, I heard *about* advocare, but never really got additional information to find out why my friends believe this is a fantastic company. See, Advocare helps you get healthy, but more important than anything, you have an opportunity to get discounts and earn income.

This year has been a rough year for the Bowman clan... Hubby and I have been in a tight financial bind ever since I left my full-time position at the end of March, then couldn't do my part-time work when my bedrest kicked in back in May. Hubby had abdominal surgery, and my Hyperemesis Gravidarium prevented me from doing just about anything throughout my pregnancy. The twins arrived almost 2 months early, and my not being able to work anytime for the foreseeable future. Now that I've had the babies, with them coming home soon (hopefully) from the NICU, and with the New Year coming, we both wanted to start getting healthier. Plus, with all the trips to the hospital, we have just had too much takeout and unhealthy meals from the hospital cafeteria. Hubby wants to lose that sympathy pregnancy weight and through that, increase his general energy. For me, I need to make sure I'm getting in optimal nutrition, as I'm currently exclusively pumping for the twins.

My friends James and Mariah have been telling me about Advocare for months, and Hubby and I finally decided to get on board. We signed up for the 24 Day Challenge that starts on Jan 7th. But the kicker? You have to sign up before January 1st in order to get tons of freebies and free coaching.

Who needs the 24 Day Challenge? The Challenge is great for people that are looking to increase energy, decrease body fat, maximize lean muscle, and wants overall health and wellness. The challenge helps you to jump start your 2015 health and wellness goals with high-quality nutrition.

The 24-Day Challenge is split into two phases:

Cleanse Phase: Days 1-10

  • Helps your body gently clear out your digestive system
  • Remove toxins
  • Kick starts your weight loss
  • Preps you so you able to fully benefit from the next phase.
Max Phase: Days 11-24
  • Helps manage and suppress appetite
  • Supplements to control cravings
  • Fantastic tasting Meal Replacement Shakes with 24g quality protein
  • Increase energy though multiple super tasty supplements

Both phases include Spark, which is full of 21 vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that helps to increase your energy and concentration, and has only 45 calories in each sugar-free serving. Hello mombies (mama zombies), I know I need help with the mama scatter-brained-ness!

Are you still on the fence? Well, if you sign up for the All-In 24-Day Challenge before New Year's Eve, you get the following FREE add ons:
  • Free expedited SHIPPING. (so it arrives prior to Jan 7th)
  • Free blender bottle.

  • Meal & snack ideas, recipes, & tips.
  • Kick-off call with instructions.

    1. I'm totally not losing any weight. With trying to produce enough milk for twins, I know that's not realistic LOL. BUT my husband wants to stay in good physical shape. Plus, as a LEO, he really needs to stay healthy. Not necessarily lose weight, but to get and stay healthy for our family. Heart disease runs in his family and he doesn't want to have to worry about that.

  14. This is something I've never heard of, but it does sound great! I don't really do up any resolutions, but I set in my mind a framework for where I'd like to take things throughout the year. Then I hold that visual, in my mind and in my heart :)

  17. I have Diabetes and Parkinson's among other ailments and I am disabled. I was not happy feeling crappy all the time and decided to do something about it. We do not have Advocare but have Humana. They have a Silver Sneakers program, I am 61 so I am eligible for this. I started in October working out at the Y. I have lost 50 lbs and my Diabetes is in control, got rid of one of the insulins. Anyway thank you for sharing and good luck with your challenge!!
